Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. There is a $10.00 flat rate return shipping

Final Sale Items: No returns will be given for: All "customised" or "personalised" items including Sur Mer Shell Candle, Palma Shell Candle and their refills. These products cannot be resold as there are made to order.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for damaged items. If you would like to exchange your item or candle please contact us first.

Damaged Stock

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of the our products, stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling if dropped in transit, please email us at info@surmerhomewares.com and we are more than happy for you to return the damaged stock for a replacement.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
